- Possesses excellent ball skills and incredible ability to high point the ball. Excellent at contested catches.
- He has great size and speed which makes him tough to match up against.
- Has a great ability to read routes and great anticipation that frequently allows him to jump the route effectively.
- He is difficult to beat in zone coverage and is great at attacking the ball with physicality.
Weaknesses
- He is not well-suited to play against the run and lacks technique.
- Needs to add some body mass to allow him to be more physical against bigger receivers.
- He often bites on double-moves from receivers, especially at the line of scrimmage.
- Is not overly physical off at the line of scrimmage and sometimes allows too much separation early in routes.

The 49ers are currently days away from playing the Chiefs in Super Bowl XLIII and are likely the most well-rounded team in the NFL. They don’t have many positions of need, but one that they could stand to upgrade is safety.
If Bullock falls to the end of the second round, he would be an absolute steal for San Francisco and could be the anchor on their defense for years to come. He could benefit from beefing up a bit, but overall he is one of the most well-rounded defenders in this draft class. He has truly elite potential that comes at a second-round price tag because of his size.
